A replica of a 1950s collectible, this lithographed tin spinner from die Blechfabrik has been reproduced using the same manufacturing techniques employed in its original creation, so it keeps the slightly rough, slightly wonky charm that modern manufacturing tends to polish out. Press the spring-loaded plunger and the wheel turns, creating a dreamy little light show as the moon turns among the stars and sparks fly, a small bit of nostalgia that is lovely to keep on a desk or shelf. It is sold as a collector's and nostalgia item and is not intended as a children's toy.
