There are new babies in the rabbit’s house, and Little Witch Hazel has come to lend a hand. While their mother rests beneath a patchwork quilt, Hazel gently weighs two newborn bunnies in a cloth sling. Laundry hangs overhead, jars and treats sit on a braided rug, and a woodstove keeps the burrow warm. From Phoebe Wahl’s Little Witch Hazel series, this archival print captures the layered textures of her watercolor, gouache, colored pencil, and collage. Finished with a white border, it brings a small scene of care and welcome to a nursery or child’s room.
