Phoebe Wahl’s First Warm Spring Day captures that welcome moment when the windows open and the washing returns to the line. Set beneath misty firs, a hillside community stirs into spring, with blossoming cherry trees, garden beds, and a wooden house glowing at its doorway. A yurt, greenhouse, wandering animals, and a yellow station wagon offer small details to linger over. This archival print preserves the layered textures of Wahl’s watercolor, gouache, colored pencil, and collage, with a white border framing a hopeful glimpse of life after winter.

  • Printed on lightly textured 100% cotton paper
  • 11" x 14"
